According to your explanation, you are involved with another man, whom I am assuming you
are reasonably monogamous with. Both of you are STD free (assuming this includes HIV), and

Transmission of Disease.
In order to transmit a disease, you have to have the disease to transmit,
right? I mean, you can't very well give someone something you don't have, can you? Common
sense tells us this, but Condom Nazis (and doctors are largely among them) will have you believing that STD's like gonorrhea and
HIV will "know" when you are having unprotected sex, break into your house, and
jump in bed with you, JUST to infect you and thus prove their point.
Well, Bear, it just doesn't work like that.
Oral sex is considered one of the safest "unsafe" acts when carried to completion. Sure, you
can catch an STD from sucking dick and swallowing cum, but unless your mouth is really
a mess and full of sores, cuts, gum disease and all the other things that cause bad breath,
you are in relatively low danger of HIV (not that bad breath itself is a culprit). Now,
if your partner has chlamydia, gonorrhea, herpes,
warts, anything that causes open sores, or some similar malady, he can transmit those
things to you by simply marinating his
meat in your mouth. He doesn't have to cum, and you don't have to swallow.

In reality, almost every survey I have seen has said that swallowing cum is the LEAST
LIKELY way to contract HIV. Again, your mouth has to be a disaster zone in order to allow

Fear can be overpowering. It can be productive too, when apportioned appropriately. My
personal feeling is you're being too conveniently timid, and that leads me to wonder about all sorts
of other things, like why you don't trust him, and why you are making excuses. Most gay men
don't seem to have too many qualms about swallowing cum. Women apparently don't like doing
