I am 30 yo and have just gotten into the whole bareback thing. I was

Thanks for sending me your question. Unfortunately it is not an easy one to answer.
First of all, you're asking me for information in a region of the country I am not all that
familiar with. But I can guess that the likelihood of your meeting Latin tops who would bareback
you may be small given the area you are in. Of course, you simply say the "Northeast",
so I am not sure if you live in a larger city like Boston or New York, or in the mountains of New
Hampshire or Vermont. There is a mighty difference between the city and the country.
Finding a Latin topman in New York City is like finding a smooth pebble in a stream ... there's always another less than five feet away. But finding
a Latin topman in Vermont takes considerably more patience. I'm sure it can be done, but
I'm guessing you may find more hombres calientes to top you in the straight community.
Even in Arizona (a border state), most of the Latinos seem to be bottoms. And as far as barebacking
goes, not too many of them are open to it.
One of the reasons it may be hard to find barebackers in the Latin American or Hispanic community is
because of the AIDS information being targeted at Hispanic youth. Hispanics are cited as
one of the higher-risk groups for contracting HIV. Thus, the safe-sex organizations are really
driving the message to the Latin community that barebacking is particularly dangerous to them.
Also, there is a lot of strong religious sentiment among Latin American communities, and
often there is a reluctance to engage in gay sex because of Catholic pressures. Add to that
the machismo under which many Hispanic boys are raised and you have some of the cultural
reasons it can be hard to find the Hispanic men you desire. Thankfully, not every Latino
is bound by all the usual cultural expectations, or none of us would have any fun!
My guess is that a visit to a larger city once in a while might be exactly the ticket
for you. When I reach my frustration level in Phoenix, I go to Los Angeles to fuck.

That's a hard one to answer simply because I am a top. Top, top, top. It's been a long
