Kudos for a great website and offering advice even to non-members. I've noticed that you get a real gamut of questions, so you're the person I thought of to turn to with a bizarre one that I have.

Do you know what the best way is to build up the maximum amount of semen prior to a sexual encounter? I ask this because occasionally I'll be notified a couple of days in advance by one of my piggy BB bottom fuckbuddies that he wants to get together. We both know what's on tap when we hook up...two or three fuck sessions, and the guy invariably wants to feel several big load in his ass, or get them in his mouth. You know power bottoms (I saw your HDK movie!); they can't get enough of big cumloads. With the right supplements you may achieve bigger, thicker loads

Actually, I don't think your question is bizarre at all. In fact, I've been asked it before. And in our size-equals-power society, finding ways to make our loads bigger is par for the course ~ especially among barebackers, as we put a premium on bigger, juicier, more filling loads.

Before I go into the possible ways we men can increase our load size, allow me a moment to highlight a little but significant point... the difference between semen and sperm. For most casual discussions, semen and sperm are often used interchangeably. And that's perfectly fine. But when researching information on increasing load size the distinction becomes important. "Sperm" is the short name for "Spermatazoa", and it refers to the little egg-headed, long-tailed swimmers that fertilize the female egg and begin the process of making a baby. Sperm is the seed, if you will. By contrast, "semen" is the fluid which carries the sperm out of the male body and transports it (ideally) into the female reproductive organ so the sperm can have a meduim in which to compete for the egg.

Now, when we ejaculate, it is the amount of semen and not sperm that makes the difference to us. Sperm, being so microscopically small, is hardly noticeable, although it does help make semen opaque. Even men with low sperm counts can still pump out nice wads of semen. So when we say we want to increase our load, we are mainly talking about increasing the volume of semen, not sperm. This distinction is important, as different herbs and amino acids will affect either semen or sperm, and in some cases, both. Since we are not concerned with fertility and actual sperm counts, I'll focus on semen production to answer your question.

According to information I have found, certain vitamins, herbs, and amino acids can help increase the volume and quality of male semen and sperm. L-Lysene is just such an amino acid which used with zinc or zinc oxide can increase sperm and semen production, as well as boost testosterone produciton. And Zinc tablets are reputed to help whiten up clear semen. Another recommended supplement is L-Arginine HCL which is claimed to double semen and sperm volume. Additionally, there are other herbs that can be taken to increase the male reproductive system's health. These include pumpkin seed, and Catuaba bark ~ a Brazilian herb reputed to strengthen male libido. Among other ingredients, semen also contains potassium, which you can supplement by eating bananas. I have also heard that Vitamin E pills may help as well.

These amino acids and herbs do not work overnight. It may take several weeks of daily ingestion to show any marked improvement.

Just so you know, normal healthy semen contains all of the following ingredients: ascorbic acid (vitamin C), calcium, chlorine, cholesterol, choline, citric acid, creatine, fructose, glutathione, hyaluronidase, inositol, lactic acid, magnesium, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, purine, pyrimidine, pyruvic acid, sodium, sorbitol, vitamin B12, and zinc. I might also suggest that taking supplements containing the same vitamins and minerals found in human semen would be advantageous. And with an ingredient list like this, one might conclude that eating cum might have minor nutritional value!

Now that you know what to take, let's look at frequency of ejaculation and load sizes. First of all, the best way to guarantee your bottom the biggest load(s) you can produce is to hold off from cumming for at least 48 hours. Eating protein foods during that time may help. And I have noticed that if I don't beat off to ejaculation for a week prior to sex, the size and intensity of my orgasms can be greater. This, however, varies from person to person. You'll have to see what timeframe works best for you.

Also, you ask about multiple loads in the same session. From my personal experience, I have found that the loads I dump after a typical jackoff session are mild compared to when I beat off for an extended period of time, or when I fuck. And like you, the second and third loads are often nothing to write home about. The loads I produce from fucking are usually the biggest and most intense ones I produce. And if I haven't cum in several days I can usually shoot a decent wad each time. Sometimes it is difficult to tell since the whole thing usually goes up someone's ass where I can't really measure it.

I think the reason for this variation is rooted in the intensity and duration of fucking. When we masturbate, we often do it quickie-style... we jack off to bust a nut at the start and/or the end of our day. When we fuck, it is usually something we try to prolong as long as we can before blowing our balljuice into our fuckmate. While I have not seen anything that directly supports it, I believe that the length of time we spend fucking may in turn cause our reproductive organs to produce more semen. That's just my theory, but it's worth testing out, I think.

So fucking for a long time each time may produce more juice. And this is a good thing. Anything we can do to manufacture bigger loads may actually be good for our reproductive glands. The more juice you make and the creamier its content, the more the muscles that force out the juice must work. And the more a muscle is worked in a friendly way, the stronger it becomes. In other words, big loads make for stronger groin muscles. And stronger groin muscles can pump out more cum and shoot it further. Plus, the more juice we produce, the longer and more intense our orgasms will be.

A word of caution, however... the beating off you described, where you bring yourself close and then deny yourself release, could result in both a smaller and more painful ejaculation. Sometimes you can fool your body into having cum when you haven't (in other words you can fake an orgasm to yourself) and then you won't get much squirt when it's time to really release it. And you can give yourself blue balls, which can create pain anywhere from a dull ache in your loins to a very painful experience. It is best to release your juice if you beat off than to continually tease yourself and hold off the way you described.

As for the time required for full replacement of semen, post-ejaculation, I have read that semen is usually fully replenished in about 24 hours. So the more juice you have to work with each time you play, the better your loads may be overall.

I should point out that heredity is also a factor in load production and strength of ejaculation. If you come from a long line of dribblers, chances are that you won't ever be a power shooter. But again, we're more concerned about volume than distance... unless you are planning on shooting outside of someone's ass or mouth. Then, both volume and distance can serve to impress your partner.
