"More Tips on Douching"

Dear Jack,

I was reading your advice on douching [Health & Beauty Dept, "Douching Before Sex"], and had to respond to something.

You wrote:

"You may have to do a little intestine kneading (from the rib cage downward) and squeezing to get the last of it out, however."

I'm a clinical massage therapist and was actually trained in abdominal massage. I agree with kneading the intestines to get everything you want out, out. However there is a much more effective technique than the one you describe above that I would like to describe to you. First, the anatomy of the large intestine. Looking down at your belly, the large intestine begins just above your right hip. It travels up, then across your belly, underneathe your rib cage. Then it goes down your left side to just above your left hip. Then it heads across to your belly-button, and then straight down.
Follow so far?

The first technique of massage is called "Sun and Moon". As a therapist, I would start by warming superficial abdominal muscles with this. You move your hands, using your palms, in a circle on your belly in the direction that the intestine moves contents. Looking at a person on a table, this would be "clockwise". You do this for a few minutes. It would be best to massage the intestine in the direction contents flow. The reason is that E-Coli bacteria can get past the small intestine sphincter and make a person sick. Your advice shouldn't cause that, but you never know whats going on with a person's intestines, and something could go wrong. So lets keep everything moving in the right direction - out.

The next technique is simply going deeper. Using two or three finger pads, start at the point just above your right hip. Using a little lotion, make circular movements with your finger tips to sink deeper, and then drag along the path of the intestine (up, under the ribs, down to the left hip, across to the belly buttton and down again). Repeat this, just below your right rib, your left rib, your left hip, your belly button.

Just wanted to help out. I enjoyed reading the advice and thought it was pretty good! I just happen to know a little about it from a massage, and clinical, standpoint. Take care.

Aaron

Dear Aaron,

What you say certainly makes sense, and I am happy to pass your advice on to my readers. I agree that the less stuff you keep up in your intestines, the better for your colon health. And yes, that does mean cum too. Lol.

Thank you for the wonderful bit of homeopathic advice.

~Bareback Jack.
